MEET THE FOUNDER
Perry Radic
Director of Property Management & Co-Founder (Retired)
​Perry Radic, co-founder and former managing partner of Drake Asset Management, oversaw lease negotiations, budgeting, financial reporting, tenant compliance, and day-to-day operations of over one million square feet of retail space. He also served as a court-appointed receiver for commercial properties in Colorado. Prior to Drake, Perry had worked for leading real estate developers and was CFO for a major Denver restaurant chain. In 2010, he founded his own property management company. A CPA and licensed real estate broker, Perry holds a BS in Accounting from Colorado State University. Perry retired from Drake in July of 2024. In his retirement, Perry enjoys spending time with his family, and continues to work with training his dogs, which has always been one of his passions.
Jon Hauser
Owner & Co-Founder
Jon Hauser co-founded Drake Asset Management in 2010 with Perry Radic. In July of 2024, Jon became the sole Owner of Drake AM when Perry stepped away from the company to retire. Jon is responsible for the overall vision of Drake AM, and oversees all of its projects. He continuously works to foster relationships with new Clients and ensure his team has what it needs to be successful. He was formerly the Director of Real Estate for Boston Market Restaurants and Einstein Bros. Bagel Co. Prior to this, he represented national retail clients and a portfolio of landlords as a retail real estate broker. He has a Business Degree from Drake University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
