Kristina brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, excelling in portfolio management, financial oversight, and strategic planning across residential, commercial, retail, and industrial properties. Known for her focus on tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth, she leads with collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving. Kristina's expertise in financial management, lease administration, and vendor relations contributes to the ongoing success of Drake Asset Management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and outdoor activities.

Senior Property Manager

Glenn Villarreal

Glenn joined the Drake Asset Management team in June of 2017. Coming from an extensive background in data analytics in the telecom industry for over 18 years, Glenn uses his astute attention to detail to accurately and effectively foster relationships with his vendors, clients and tenants. Wanting a change, Glenn joined Drake AM and brought his talents with him. He enjoys hiking, camping, and cooking. On a typical day, Glenn oversees the day-to-day operations across multiple properties, their accounting, construction, and tenant and client relations. Glenn holds his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, Brownsville, and holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker License.

Bryan O’Donnell

Bryan joined the Drake Asset Management team in March of 2024. Bryan has worked in the property management industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in managing commercial and residential properties. He has a passion for building strong client relationships and enjoys finding efficiencies in daily operations. In his free time Bryan loves to spend time with his family, is the captain of his USTA tennis team and is an avid golfer. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from California State University Long Beach. He also holds his California Real Estate license and is studying for his Colorado’s broker’s license exam.

Mayer Aschheim

Mayer joined Drake Asset Management in 2025 as a Senior Property Manager and brings 18 years of property management experience.  Throughout his career, Mayer has managed a diverse portfolio of nearly 10 million square feet of Class A and B commercial properties across all asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use and multifamily properties, representing both public and private clients.  Driven by a deep passion for real estate and commitment to delivering operational excellence, Mayer is focused on creating operational efficiencies, fostering exceptional owner and tenant relations, and maximizing asset values for his clients. Mayer earned his Bachelor’s degree in English from Yeshiva University in New York City.

Property Manager

Derek Kellenberger

Derek has been part of the Drake team since August, 2023. Coming from a diverse background that began in Student Housing for Stanford, Quality Control for a major homebuilder, Class-A and B High-Rise Management, and Residential Management, Derek relocated to Colorado during 2020 with his girlfriend at the time. Since then, Derek has purchased a home, gotten married, and become a father. With over  a decade of management experience, Derek’s day-to-day responsibilities see him managing just under 30 of Drake's assets. He holds his Bachelor’s degree in English from the Saint Mary’s College of California, formerly held his real estate license in California prior to his move, and now holds his Colorado Associate Broker's license. In his free time, Derek hangs out with his newborn son, obsesses over aviation, and builds computers.

Office & Lease Administrator

Ari Goldstein

Ari joined Drake Asset Management in September 2025, bringing prior experience in commercial asset management throughout the Denver Metro area. He enjoys building relationships and is committed to understanding and supporting the needs of each stakeholder. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver in 2022. Outside of work, Ari enjoys hiking, biking, and snowboarding, as well as reading and exploring new interests.

Cheryl Ludwick

Cheryl joined Drake Asset Management in May of 2018 following a lengthy career as a residential Real Estate Broker. In addition to handling the day to day operations within the office and managing reception, she oversees the insurance at all of Drake's managed properties.

Property Accountant

Janel Johnson

Janel has been with Drake since December of 2022. Janel’s day-to-day responsibilities see her managing the entirety of the Accounts Payable process for all of Drake AM’s properties. From a vendor’s initial set-up in Skyline to a vendor’s final payment, Janel handles the accurate set-up, coding, and processing of it all. Janel comes from a lengthy career of 26 years working in the mortgage industry for several different lenders. She has a passion for music, and plays both the piano and the flute, as well as backpacking, hiking, camping, and being outdoors.

Chief Financial Officer

Nathan Radic

Nate started working for Drake AM in May of 2015 during the summer while attending college. During his free time, Nate loves watching and playing sports, as well as going to the movies with his family. Nate’s day-to-day responsibilities at Drake consist of billing and collecting tenant rent, producing monthly financial reports to clients, completing budgets and CAM reconciliations, and monitoring property accounts and cash flow. After graduating and receiving his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Concordia, Nate then pursued and currently holds his Master’s in Accounting from Liberty University.

Property Accountant

Angela Davies

Angela has been with Drake AM since its inception in 2007. She handles all accounting functions relating to property management. On a monthly basis, she oversees account receivables, payables and general ledger postings to produce monthly financial statements for over 125 properties. She also manages the various trash contracts, their renewals, and quality issues with the vendors throughout the Drake portfolio. In addition to this, Angela assists the Director of Property Management with the preparation and calculation of annual budgets and annual CAM reconciliations. She is responsible for extracting all lease information and transferring the information into the Skyline Property Management database.

Property Accountant

Camille Hankins

Camille comes to Drake Asset Management with an accounting background in Commercial Real Estate, Construction and Home Building.  Working through both the Las Vegas boom and the recession in real estate, she has pivoted to all areas of accounting.  Since relocating to Colorado in 2011, she has been a part of company acquisitions, data conversions and a company going public.  Here at Drake, she is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial preparation for her Colorado commercial portfolio.  She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. 

Accounting Assistant

Ellison Rodriguez

Born and raised in Colorado, Ellison brings a strong background in office management and accounting / bookkeeping within the construction and trades industry. At Drake, she supports the Accounting team by handling deposits, preparing documentation for accounts receivable, setting up vendors, and coding and processing invoices for accounts payable. Ellison is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Accounting, completing coursework at Arapahoe Community College before transferring to Metropolitan State University. Outside of work and studies, Ellison enjoys reading, attending concerts, and spending time with her family.

Accounting Assistant

Elisa Tellez Diaz

Elisa brings over 10 years of experience in financial operations and administrative support, developed through her work with a family-owned electrical business. For the past six years, she has served as a Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant, managing day-to-day financial activities and helping support the company’s continued growth and efficiency. Currently, at Drake, she supports the accounting team by setting up, coding, and processing invoices. She also assists with Accounts Receivable tasks, including handling bank deposits, recording transactions, and managing related documentation. Elisa holds an Associate Degree in Business and a Business Communication Certificate from the Community College of Aurora. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Outside of work and academics, Elisa enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
