Director of Property Management
Perry Radic is the co-founder and managing partner of Drake Asset Management. Perry deals with all aspects of lease negotiations and renewals, budgeting on a monthly and annual basis, annual reconciliations, audits on and for tenants and monthly financial reporting. He handles lender inspections, obtaining and renewing insurance, tenant lease compliance, collections and overseeing the day-to-day operations at centers which include over one million square feet of retail space. Perry has also served as court appointed receiver for multiple commercial properties in the State of Colorado. Perry worked for several prominent real estate developers and was the CFO for a major restaurant chain in Denver before opening his own property management company in 2010. Perry holds a CPA certificate in the State of Colorado and a Colorado Real Estate Broker License. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado.
Glenn joined the Drake Asset Management team in June of 2017. Coming from an extensive background in data analytics in the telecom industry for over 18 years, Glenn uses his astute attention to detail to accurately and effectively foster relationships with his vendors, clients and tenants. Wanting a change, Glenn joined Drake AM and brought his talents with him. He enjoys hiking, camping, and cooking. On a typical day, Glenn oversees the day-to-day operations across multiple properties, their accounting, construction, and tenant and client relations. Glenn holds his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, Brownsville, and holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker License.
Assistant Property Manager
Derek has been part of the Drake Asset Management team since August of 2023. Derek has had a diverse career that began in student housing for Stanford University. Derek has worked in property management in the Denver-Metro since 2021. Prior to his relocation, Derek assisted with the management of several of San Francisco's high-profile rises for Lincoln Property Company. Derek’s unique approach to utilizing technology to increase work quality and productivity are born out of a Silicon Valley upbringing. Derek’s day-to-day responsibilities see him assisting the Property Managers with their own tasks, serving as a tenant and vendor liaison, and serving as the point of contact for 24 of Drake’s assets. Derek holds his Bachelor’s from Saint Mary’s College of California. He also holds his California real estate salesperson’s license and is working towards his Colorado’s broker’s license.
Property Management Administrator & Lease Coordinator
Jaimie joined Drake in 2012 and started her position as Administrative Assistant directly assisting Perry Radic. Her position has grown to include managing all annual property tests, facilitating tenant improvement documentation, tenant communications and directory updates along with maintaining roof warranties including leak repairs and more. Jaimie also coordinates all lease related items for tenants, welcomes new tenants, and helps to facilitate lease renewals and assignments. Jaimie has over 20 years of administrative experience and thrives as a helper and interoffice support.
Cheryl joined Drake Asset Management in May of 2018 following a lengthy career as a residential Real Estate Broker. In addition to handling the day to day operations within the office and managing reception, she oversees the insurance at all of Drake's managed properties.
Janel has been with Drake since December of 2022. Janel’s day-to-day responsibilities see her managing the entirety of the Accounts Payable process for all of Drake AM’s properties. From a vendor’s initial set-up in Skyline to a vendor’s final payment, Janel handles the accurate set-up, coding, and processing of it all. Janel comes from a lengthy career of 26 years working in the mortgage industry for several different lenders. She has a passion for music, and plays both the piano and the flute, as well as backpacking, hiking, camping, and being outdoors.
Angela has been with Drake AM since its inception in 2007. She handles all accounting functions relating to property management. On a monthly basis, she oversees account receivables, payables and general ledger postings to produce monthly financial statements for over 125 properties. She also manages the various trash contracts, their renewals, and quality issues with the vendors throughout the Drake portfolio. In addition to this, Angela assists the Director of Property Management with the preparation and calculation of annual budgets and annual CAM reconciliations. She is responsible for extracting all lease information and transferring the information into the Skyline Property Management database.
Nate started working for Drake AM in May of 2015 during the summer while attending college. During his free time, Nate loves watching and playing sports, as well as going to the movies with his family. Nate’s day-to-day responsibilities at Drake consist of billing and collecting tenant rent, producing monthly financial reports to clients, completing budgets and CAM reconciliations, and monitoring property accounts and cash flow. After graduating and receiving his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Concordia, Nate then pursued and currently holds his Master’s in Accounting from Liberty University.
Camille comes to Drake Asset Management with an accounting background in Commercial Real Estate, Construction and Home Building. Working through both the Las Vegas boom and the recession in real estate, she has pivoted to all areas of accounting. Since relocating to Colorado in 2011, she has been a part of company acquisitions, data conversions and a company going public. Here at Drake, she is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial preparation for her Colorado commercial portfolio. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Melissa joined Drake in December of 2023. Melissa has been in the accounting world for 10 years, 6 of which have been in the rental industry with property management firms and HOA’s. Melissa enjoys stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, and being out in nature in general with her family. Melissa’s day-to-day consists of billing and collecting tenant rents, reconciling bank statements, producing monthly financial reports, completing budgets and CAM reconciliations, and monitoring property accounts and cash flow. Melissa holds her BA from San Diego State University.
